WisdomWood High Chairman P Devaraja

Mr. P. Devaraja serves as the Chairman of WisdomWood High, guiding the school’s mission of delivering high-quality CBSE education rooted in academic excellence and future-ready skills. His leadership ensures that innovation, sustainability, and practical learning form the core of the school’s philosophy. Closely associated with the DBR Trust, he plays a key role in shaping an environment where students grow with confidence, curiosity, and strong values. Under his direction, WisdomWood High continues to evolve as a modern, student-centric institution committed to holistic development and meaningful community engagement.

WisdomWood High Director Academics Dr. Joseph Varghese

Dr. Joseph Varghese brings over 25 years of leadership in Indian education to WisdomWood High as Senior Academic Advisor. He has mentored top national achievers, including IIT AIR 1 (2013), NEET Rank 1 (2018), JIPMER Rank 3 (2018), and five Top-100 ranks, including Sai Tarun. He has helped establish 20+ colleges and 18 schools and held leadership roles at Byju’s, the Narayana Group, and ISBR. At WisdomWood High, he strengthens academic planning, instructional excellence, and student enrichment.

WisdomWood High Dean Dr. Sharada

Dr. CMA Sharada Devi, trustee of the Nava Sharada Education Trust, contributes over two decades of academic leadership to WisdomWood High. Known for her dedicated work in management education, she champions accessible and high-quality learning for all students. Her career reflects a deep commitment to developing responsible, capable future leaders through structured academic support and impactful social initiatives. At WisdomWood High, she guides academic processes, quality enhancement, and value-based learning, ensuring that students receive a balanced education that supports intellectual, personal, and ethical growth.

Mr Mohammed Rihan Nawab

Mr. Mohammed Rihan Nawab is an educationist and philanthropist who serves as the Chairman of the Emmar Charitable Trust, the governing body behind Sherwood High in Bangalore. Under his leadership, the Trust has established Sherwood High as a model institution known for strong academics, holistic development, and student-first decision-making. His work at Emmar reflects a deep commitment to community welfare, quality education, and creating opportunities for young learners. As an advisory member for WisdomWood High, he brings valuable experience in institution-building, governance, and value-driven educational leadership, helping strengthen the school’s vision of nurturing responsible and future-ready students.

Vijay Kumar

Mr. K. C. Vijaya Kumar is the Founder and Chairman of United World Academy, a leading K–12 international school in Bangalore known for its emphasis on values, discipline, and holistic growth. A seasoned educationist, he also serves as a senior sports editor with The Hindu, bringing deep insight into youth development through academics and sports. In addition, he co-founded UNIVCO Global Consultants LLP and is a centre director at KC Overseas Education. At WisdomWood High, he offers strategic guidance on global education practices, holistic development frameworks, and future-oriented skill building for students.

WisdomWood High Nalini Gowda

Ms. Nalini Gowda brings over 30 years of professional experience from her tenure at MSIL, where she retired as Chief General Manager. She has collaborated with numerous schools and colleges through student welfare programs, academic committees, and institutional development activities at St. Joseph’s School, Mount Carmel College, and others. Her understanding of holistic education and student wellbeing allows her to offer valuable guidance to WisdomWood High. As part of the Advisory Committee, she supports the school in strengthening academic systems, welfare initiatives, and community engagement, helping nurture responsible, confident, and balanced learners.
