This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to school operations, admissions strategy, and organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategy
● Provide strategic direction to achieve institutional goals and drive operational excellence.
● Develop innovative strategies for admissions, outreach, and community engagement with a focus on achieving 450–500 admissions annually.
● Design and implement systems for smooth school operations, team efficiency, and resource optimization.
2. Admissions & Marketing Oversight
● Oversee end-to-end admissions planning and execution in alignment with school objectives.
● Devise and monitor market strategies for lead generation, brand promotion, and retention.
● Build strong community relationships and partnerships to enhance school visibility.
3. Team Management & Structure
● Assess manpower requirements and propose effective team structures.
● Mentor and guide team members, delegating responsibilities to ensure accountability.
● Support talent acquisition by identifying and recommending suitable candidates.
4. Operational Excellence
● Supervise day-to-day school functions, ensuring smooth academic and administrative coordination.
● Monitor compliance with school policies, CBSE regulations, and quality standards.
● Generate operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
5. Campus Engagement & Reporting
● Conduct on-ground assessments of the school’s campus, facilities, and operational processes.
● Prepare detailed project reports capturing insights, observations, and recommendations across:
○ Campus and operational enhancements
○ Team and manpower structure
○ Marketing and admissions strategy
○ Personal management style and approach
Qualifications and Skills Required:
● Master’s degree in Management, Education Administration, or a related field.
● 8–12 years of leadership/administrative experience (education sector preferred).
● Proven expertise in admissions strategy, operations, and team management.
● Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
● Proficiency in modern office tools, CRMs, and data analysis.
