Position: Pre-Primary Teacher

The Role:

We are looking for passionate Pre-Primary Teachers to nurture the youngest learners in a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.

• Experienced teachers can step directly into Pre-Primary teaching roles.
• Freshers can join as Assistant Teachers, where they will receive structured in-house training and a WisdomWood High Certificate, along with the opportunity for promotion to a permanent Pre-Primary Teacher role based on performance.
  Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver curriculum-based lessons for children aged 3–6 years, integrating Montessori and Playway methods to meet learning objectives.
• Create a joyful, safe, and stimulating classroom that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Engage children in storytelling, music, art, outdoor learning, and creative activities.
• Observe and document child progress and maintain regular communication with parents.
• Collaborate with lead teachers in school events and celebrations.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Education:
   ○ NTT/ECCE certification mandatory for all applicants.
   ○ IB (International Baccalaureate) or IGCSE (Cambridge) background is mandatory.
   ○ Freshers strongly encouraged to apply for the Assistant Teacher program with WisdomWood’s own training, school-issued  certificate, and a clear promotion pathway.
● Language: Mother tongue-level English fluency (spoken & written).
● Experience: Prior experience in pre-primary/kindergarten teaching is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
● Mindset: Warm, patient, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
● Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to any of our branches as per the requirements (Bangalore, Goa, or Nagaland).
